About The Artist
I'm Taniya Wyche, a 23 year-old black artist from southern Virginia. I love making character designs, illustrations, comics, and short animations. I'm inspired by works such as Ghibli, early Dragon Ball, Cowboy Bebop, and more shows that led me to be the person I am today.
I want to create projects that not only fulfill me, but people of color that rarely get accurate representation in animation. I know how important it is to feel seen in a piece of media when growing up and establishing yourself and sense of identity. I want to make something that people like me needed growing up.
